We work with a number of the firm’s top execs to get things done. The partners. Head of Business Development. CFO. Portfolio company CMOs. Our phones and Slack are literally never off for these people, and we welcome them 24/7/365.

To be clear, it’s not all exotic design and launch work. We grind on the more basic, smaller things too. Unfancy work like site performance improvement, security hardening, front-end hygiene, and improving ADA/WCAG accessibility compliance. For example, we recently moved Princeton from an inexplicably overpriced managed WordPress hosting plan they’d had for years, to a way more appropriate plan (with the same provider) that’s saving them $4,000/month.

We like this kind of blocking and tackling. It makes our clients better, improves their bottom lines, and helps keep them out of trouble. We see opportunities like this as fundamentally part of our job for clients and partners alike, even when it doesn’t necessarily appear anywhere in a scope of work document.
