In this type of situation we offer a range of tiered maintenance plans that you can jump right into to start making immediate improvements. These plans allow you to designate a fixed number of “anything hours” that can be applied to quick-win tasks like WordPress core and plugin / security updates, performance optimization, general UX/UI cleanup, SEO, mobile experience improvement, better ADA / WCAG accessibility compliance, or whatever else your most immediate needs might be. We work closely with you to decide what your hardest issues and best opportunities are, then off we go .

Discrete project SOWs
If you’ve got ideas for more substantial improvements within your current site, for example reimagining and rebuilding your global navigation, or adding on a demand gen resource library, or standing up a blog or campaign page template system, we can work with you on a one-off SOW basis.
In this type of case we simply estimate our type of work on a time-and-materials basis, without any minimum spend requirement involved. We’ve found that small to midsized projects are actually a great way to get to know each other before thinking about the larger, more serious work engagements.
